Winter is over. Blue skies have returned.
Boy, winter was tough; those were the worst three days of my life!
Now I have to clean the pool.

Our Montrose Street party is on June 18th and we still haven't organized the entertainment. Perhaps some Spirit Dancers are in order! There certainly is a lot of spirit on Montrose. Thanks for the great photos and updates, Mair.
